We are making every effort to ensure that the impact of delivering your product is minimal. For that reason a number of our products are dropshipped direct from the brand. You will be informed if this is the case. For stock we do hold, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We are often able to deliver Saturday's & national holidays as next working day but this is not always guaranteed. Please note:Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland delivery is a 1-2 working day service. Please contact us at hello@journey-blue.com if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of ordering and we can track it for you.

Returns

Please be aware due to Covid-19 some returns may take longer than usual.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Journey Blue but understand that sometimes you just need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn or unused and sellable condition and with the tags intact within 60 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 30 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging provided.
Please note that Royal Mail might experience delays due to the current situation and your return might take longer that expected to arrive back with us. We are are working hard to process your returns as fast as possible but this could take up to 2 weeks.

We don't currently offer free returns but hope to do so soon. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
